Dear Motorcycle Exhibitor Enthusiast,

This is the 18th year for the Custom Motorcycle Show.  This year’s show is the first weekend in April so it  should be warmer  for sponsors and attendees.  Mark your calendars April 7& 8 , 2012.   Great news  -  there will be heaps of free parking this year !  Here are a few of important items to note for this year’s event.

  • Move-in / setup on Friday 10am - 6pm for Vendors, April 6.  This gives you more time to set up your booth.
  • Fire Marshall insists all bikes on the floor must: a) disconnect batteries, b) gas tank no more than 1/4 full, c) Gas tanks must be locked or sealed with 1/2″ black electrical tape
  • Only Motorcycles and related products / services will be displayed in this show.
  • Booth space rental rate is $500.00 per booth if payment is received by March 17, 2012
    Booth rental is $600 for payments received after March 17, 2012

  • Non-Profit Booths are $400
  • Limit 2 booths per exhibitor
  • Only Event Organizers can grant permission to relocate booths.
