Classes Subject to Change

 

 

  • If less than three bikes enter a class, the class will be canceled.  Bikes that have been entered into a canceled class will be automatically be entered into the Wide Open class.
  • Judging will be based on the following criteria:

  •  
    • Classes # 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 – paint; style; engineering; plating; polishing; seat; street function.
    • Classes # 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 – paint; graphics; engineering; condition; modifications; functionality; total package.
  • All bikes must be at the Eagan Center by Friday 6:30pm March 20, and remain in assigned position on Egan Center floor March 21 & 22.  Bikes cannot be removed until Sunday March 22  6pm.  All bikes must be removed from Egan Center by 8:30 pm Sunday March 22nd or bike will be stored at owner’s expense. 
  • Fire codes require: Battery be disconnected and less than ¼ tank of fuel.  Gas tanks must be locked OR they will be sealed with 1/8” masking tape by event staff.
  • Permission is granted to Event Staff to reposition my bike on the showroom floor.
  • Your category must have minimum 3 bikes for trophies to be awarded.
  • Entry Fee: $30.00 per bike, only one class per bike. No refunds. Make check payable to AMCDA.
  • Egan Center Move-In times:  4pm to 6pm Friday March 20th, 2009.
  • You Must pay entry fee  either on-line via pay pay, credit card or
    in person  at one of these AMCDA member dealers with Cash or Check    :
    Anchorage Suzuki, House of Harley-Davidson, Anchorage Yamaha, Alaska Cycle Center, The Motorcycle Shop
